Fasting · When the moment comes
Leave false speech while fasting
- The practice
- While fasting, keep away from lying and wrong deeds, not only from food and drink
- When
- Through a fasting day
- In daily life
- Fast with your tongue too: skip the gossip at lunch, don't stretch the truth to get out of a task, and mute the group chat that pulls you into backbiting.
