Delete your Uswa account

Uswa by Lovemath LLC

You can delete your Uswa account and everything in it at any time. Nothing is kept for later and nothing is shared.

In the app

  • Open Uswa and go to Settings.
  • Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  • Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more so we can revoke Uswa’s access.

Without the app

Email privacy@uswaapp.com from the address you use for Uswa, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may reply once to confirm the request comes from you, and we complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account: email, name, sign-in method and account ID.
  • Your preferences: language, timezone, location and reminder settings.
  • Your practice records: Sunnahs, daily logs, prayer logs, plans, intentions, pauses and check-ins.
  • Corrections you sent about habits or hadith.

These are removed from our database straight away. Copies in our providers’ logs and backups are removed on their standard schedules, typically within 30 days. Anonymous app analytics are not linked to your account and expire within 14 months. Reminders stop when the app is removed from your phone.
