Give more in Ramadan

The practice
Set and give a higher charity amount during Ramadan than usual.
When
Each day of Ramadan
In daily life
Before Ramadan begins, pick a daily amount a bit higher than your usual giving and set it up in a donation app or in an envelope for each day. Then add one extra: an iftar for a neighbour or a food parcel for a family.

The source

“The Prophet ﷺ was the most generous of all the people, and he used to become more generous in Ramadan when Gabriel met him. Gabriel used to meet him every night during Ramadan to revise the Qur'an with him. Allah's Messenger ﷺ then used to be more generous than the fast wind”
