Fast on Thursdays
- The practice
- Make Thursday a voluntary fast day.
- When
- Every Thursday
- In daily life
- Set a Wednesday-night reminder for suhoor and keep Thursday's plans gentle where you can. If you already fast on Mondays, Thursday makes it a pair; if not, starting with Thursday alone is perfectly fine.
