Drink in three breaths

The practice
Drink in three breaths, taking breaths away from the cup, not into it
When
Each time you drink
In daily life
Whether it's a glass of water at your desk or after a run, slow down: drink in three sips, moving the glass away from your mouth to breathe in between. A nice change from downing a bottle in one go.
