6 Sunnahs
At the Table
Eating and drinking with the manners the Prophet ﷺ taught, from Bismillah to the last sip.
The table comes several times a day, so its Sunnahs are among the easiest to keep: how you begin, how you eat, how you speak about the food, and how you drink. Choose one for your next meal.
You don’t need all of them. Pick one, and add the next when it feels natural.
