Say Alhamdulillah after you eat or drink

The practice
When you finish a meal or a drink, say Alhamdulillah.
When
Finishing a meal or a drink
In daily life
Say it as you put down your fork or your empty glass: after a big family dinner, a coffee at your desk, a glass of water after a run. The small drinks count too, and they're what make it a habit.
