No 'uff' to those who help you
- The practice
- Don't sigh, snap or say 'why did you do that?' to people who work for or help you.
- When
- When a helper, employee or junior errs
- In daily life
- When a junior on your team, the cleaner or a delivery driver gets something wrong, skip the sigh and the 'why did you do that?'. Calmly say what's needed, and thank them for what they got right.
