Dhikr and du‘a · Daily

Say the waking du'a

The practice
On waking, say 'Alhamdulillahil-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilayhin-nushur'.
When
On waking up
In daily life
Make it the first words of your day, before you reach for your phone. If your alarm is on your phone, rename it 'Alhamdulillahil-ladhi ahyana...' so the reminder is right there when you switch it off.
