Speak good or stay silent

The practice
Before you say something, check it is good; if not, stay silent.
When
The moment before speaking in conversation
In daily life
Before you speak up in a meeting or post in the family group, pause for one breath and ask: is this good? If not, let it go. Sometimes the kindest reply in a heated moment is saying nothing at all.
