Do one act of service for your parents
- The practice
- Do one concrete act of kindness or service for your parents, mother first
- When
- each day
- In daily life
- Call your mum on the way home from work, pick up your dad's prescription, sort out the settings on their phone, or just sit with them over a cup of tea. If you live far away, a daily call where you ask what they need goes a long way.
