Dhikr and du‘a · Daily
Say astaghfirullah 70+ times a day
- The practice
- Say 'Astaghfirullah wa atubu ilayh' at least 70 times across the day.
- When
- Through the day (commute, waiting)
- In daily life
- Turn the dead minutes into istighfar: waiting for the kettle, sitting at a red light, standing in the supermarket queue. A tasbih or a finger counter in your pocket helps, and 70 comes sooner than you'd think.
